As a kid, Jerry Smith dreamed of writing stories. Now, after decades of teaching Computers, English and Drama, and writing and directing award-winning plays, he’s living that dream. He is presently preparing the fifth novel that is set in The Forevers future titled “The Space Wizard” and a middle grade book titled “The Green Dragon – A Beechwood Adventure” due out soon. He has published three children’s picture books titled “The Accidental Adventures of Bernie the Banana Slug” , “Lily Liar and the Eleventy Headed Monster”, and “Tiny Tina and the Terrible Trouble”. Three more children’s books are coming out in the near future. His latest novel “The Prison of Power: A Man-Made Tale” is now available. In early 2023 he expects to publish “A Kestrel Circles”. It is a story about a detective as opposed to a detective story. The protagonist, Mathew Brown AKA Augustus De Marco Cervantes, is a detective that claims he can find anything. He is also collecting years of poems to be published in the near future. Jerry lives in Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island British Columbia, Canada and is reputed to play a mean game of pickleball.
